1) Volunteer Advice Assistant

As a Volunteer Advice Assistant, you can help people obtain benefits and services that will improve their lives. This role may be suitable for someone who does not have the time available to become a Volunteer Advisor.

Our volunteers find the experience extremely rewarding, and some of them use their experience as a stepping stone to a new career in paid employment.

Bexley Citizens Advice is part of Citizens Advice national, which has been providing advice for over 80 years.

What skills do I need?

The required skills are an ability to listen, communicate clearly, and to use a computer.

2) Volunteer Trustee

We currently require two Trustees to join our forward thinking Board.

This voluntary position will require approximately two hours per week of your time and can be worked around your existing commitments.

Pre-booked appointments are available between Monday & Friday at Erith DA8 1TA.
