Citizens Advice Bexley is an independent charity dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges they face. We achieve this by providing free, high-quality advice services and advocating for policy and practice improvements that promote a fairer society for all.

As a registered charity and a proud member of the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux – the UK’s largest advice charity – we are part of a nationwide network of approximately 28,500 individuals, including over 22,000 volunteers. At Citizens Advice Bexley, our team consists of both dedicated full-time staff and committed volunteers.

Supported by the extensive training, information systems, and operational resources provided by Citizens Advice, we are equipped to deliver expert guidance and support to residents within our local community.

We offer drop-in services (no appointment needed) in our two locations at Erith DA8 1TA, and Thamesmead SE28 8BG.

Pre-booked appointments are available between Monday & Friday at Erith DA8 1TA.

Advice & Information

We offer free, independent, and confidential guidance to all individuals, ensuring impartial advice on their rights and responsibilities. Our guidance empowers individuals to navigate legal, financial, debt, benefits, employment, housing, consumer rights, discrimination, and other challenges effectively.

We provide the essential guidance people need to address their challenges. Advice is available through face-to-face consultations, email, and phone, while our self-help website offers trusted information 24/7.

We’re here to support those who live, work, or study in the London Borough of Bexley. If you’re outside this area, click here to find your local CAB.
